Between us, we have experience working with young people, adults, trauma, bereavement, anxiety, depression, and all the stuff that doesn’t always fit neatly into a box.
We use proven tools like CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)—a practical approach that helps untangle unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. But we also believe deeply in the power of person-centred therapy—which means we see you as the expert in your own life. We’ll listen without judgment, walk at your pace, and build a relationship based on trust, empathy, and respect.
Not into sitting across from someone on a couch? No problem. We also offer walk-and-talk therapy, online sessions, or whatever setup helps you feel most at ease.
